This is a deep dive into how your body moves and how your golf swing actually works—this is not a typical golf lesson.

Using the Movement Matters™ framework, we’ll analyze:

  • How your body moves

By the end, you’ll have a clear, personalized plan for what to focus on next.

❓ Do I need to submit swing videos?

Yes—this is required to get the full value of your diagnosis.

Please submit at least:

  • 1 down-the-line video

  • 1 face-on video

Both in slow motion.

This allows me to accurately analyze your movement patterns and give you specific, meaningful feedback.

Keep it simple (examples will be emailed to you so you know how to record your videos):

Down-the-Line View:

Use a mid-iron (7 or 8 iron is perfect), and capture 2–3 swings from each angle.
