By purchasing the Swing Evaluation (the “Service”) from Doller Labs,

LLC, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them before completing your purchase.

1. Description of Service

The Swing Evaluation includes:

- A live one-on-one session (in person or virtual, as scheduled) to

observe and discuss your golf swing.

- A written and/or video swing analysis delivered to you following the

session.

The Service is educational and instructional in nature. It is not a

guarantee of a specific score, handicap, swing change, or competitive

outcome.

2. Scheduling and Rescheduling

- After purchase, you will be contacted (or directed) to schedule your

live session at a mutually available time.

- If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’

notice. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may be honored on a case-by-case basis.

- No-shows without notice are not eligible for a refund under Section

4, though we will make reasonable efforts to work with you.

3. Payment

- Full payment is due at the time of purchase through systeme.io’s

secure checkout.

- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change for future

purchases; your purchase price is locked in at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

Our promise: if you don’t walk away with clear, actionable direction on

your game, we’ll refund your investment — no questions asked.

To request a refund under this policy, contact us at karl@movementmatters.golf

within 3 days of completing your live session. Refunds are issued to

the original payment method and processed within 7 business days.

5. Assumption of Risk

Golf instruction involves physical activity, including swinging clubs

and striking golf balls, which carries an inherent risk of injury. By

participating in the Service, you acknowledge this risk and agree that

Doller Labs, LLC is not liable for injuries sustained during a session

except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful

misconduct. If you have any physical condition that could affect your

ability to safely participate, please consult a physician before your

session and inform us in advance.

6. Use of Video and Photos

If your session involves video recording for the purpose of swing

analysis, that footage is used solely to prepare your written/video

analysis unless you separately agree in writing to allow Doller Labs,

LLC to use clips or images for marketing or educational purposes (e.g.,

social media, website, testimonials). You may decline this use at any

time by notifying us at karl@movementmatters.golf.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of the Swing Evaluation — including

written analyses, video breakdowns, drills, and instructional content —

are for your personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed,

or used for commercial teaching purposes without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doller Labs, LLC’s total

liability arising from your purchase of the Service is limited to the

amount you paid for the Service. We are not liable for indirect,

incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without

regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these

Terms will be resolved in the courts of Grimes County, Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the

time of your purchase governs that transaction.
